Sorry for the delayed response.
When you said “I used same configuration but now we have disconnection problems with 2 email accounts”, do you mean that you have configured the one of the email accounts in mobile devise and grant the other’s full access permission to this account, and now, the this 2 accounts on mobile devise all disconnect with the Office 365 Exchange Online?
If so, could you please offer more information for troubleshooting? Are there any error messages? What steps have you done? Can they send/ receive email in Outlook client /Outlook Web App? In addition, I also suggest you do the following things:
- Try to re-configure the account.
- Re-assign the full access permission.
What’s more, because the original issue and root cause all are seem to be different from the current one. I recommend you post a new thread with the information requested above in this forum where there will be a specific engineer for the case. Your understanding will be appreciated.
