Per the announcement yesterday that Office 365 now allows you to easily switch plans between service families (http://blogs.office.com/b/office365tech/archive/2013/12/19/you-can-now-switch-plans-to-a-different-office-365-service-family.aspx) - I decided to upgrade my personal account to an E3 in order to take advantage of a few additional features. Running into an issue however, as the upgrade process was supposed to take under an hour, and has now been stuck on step 2 (see below) for about 16 hours. The contact support link (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2878989) only has information about being stuck at step 3. I'm thinking I'm going to need direct support from Microsoft on this, as there really isn't a lot I can do seeing as though I can no longer access the admin portion of my Office 365 site until this completes.

Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Also - if it helps - I am using a custom domain on my account - if that makes any difference.
