Migrate SharePoint 2007 lists data with attachment to Office 365

Hi,

I have a SharePoint site in 2007 and now i want migrate that site into office  365. I have multiple lists in SP2007 and all the lists have around 5000-6000 records with attachments, now i want all the data to move in Office 365.  It is not possible to have huge data in template (.stp), so please let me know if there is any alternate way to achieve this.
