Hi All
One of my users is telling me that a customer is trying to send an email to their distribution group but she keeps getting the following message sent to her:
To:
Subject: Invoice 0000099038
Sent: Tuesday, June 18, 2013 9:04:51 AM (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London
was deleted without being read on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 9:04:44 AM (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London.
My user is telling me none of the team (around 10 people) have received that email. It seems to happen when an email is sent from 1 customer that we know of, some of the emails she send comes through and others get this message.
My question is how is this being sent? none of the users are sending it and they haven't even got the email. This kind of message should not be sent out. Does anyone know how it can be stopped?
All the users are on exchange online.
