April - thanks for the reply. When we were on Live@edu I was the administrator of our organization and I had the ability to manage mailboxes, create new ones, etc. I personally didn't do the migration nor did anyone else in our organization, yet our accounts are clearly on the office365 system so someone migrated them at some point in time.
As I mentioned earlier, when I go to portal.office365.com and login with my account I get taken directly to the Outlook Web App and have no ability to see any administrative functions. Is this the right place for the "Office 365 Admin Center" you mentioned in your reply?
We have only 6 mailboxes in our organization and we had our mailboxes created on live@edu back when it first started.
Thank you for your assistance but I would really like to regain the ability to manage these mailboxes.
