Hi Eduardo CL,
I understand you’d prefer to see the sender’s and recipient’s email addresses of the original email when forwarding an email. However, based on my test I get the same result as yours. The forwarded email only shows the display name of the original email.
I have done some research and consulted some senior member about the symptom. Unfortunately, it turns out to be a default action by design in Office 365.
Given the current situation, you may consider using the Forward as Attachment feature in Outlook as a workaround. However, I cannot find any workaround for Outlook Web App (OWA).
In addition, I suggest you submit feedback to require the full email address in the forwarded email feature to help us improve the product. Many features have been implemented based on customers’ suggestions. Your understanding and efforts are highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
Bruce Zhou
