We are currently moved to Office365 Cloud email services, but just for a few distribution groups, I am constantly get the following errors:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
<email distribution group>
The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
When I did the message trace, it shows:
Sender: kzhou@empowered.ca Recipient: IMCEAEX-_o=ExchangeLabs_ou=Exchange+20Administrative+20Group+20+28FYDIBOHF23SPDLT+29_cn=Recipients_cn=5e36cc87ef074dbe81913f3d34f79270-PO@namprd05.prod.outlook.com Message size: 8 KB Message ID: <ce09274a1ee047d39e74e24587c602e8@BN1PR05MB122.namprd05.prod.outlook.com> To IP: From IP: 20x.xx.xx.xx Delivery status: Failed
However, if I sent the email to it inside Office365 Outlook WebAPP portal, it was delivered successfully.
