it doesn't work!
I do all steps (that Lee tell me) and can't see any options for switching... call technical support in germany and they tell my billing support is responsible for this issue. But the billing support doesn't work now :( and I should call on monday morning.
Than call the US technical support but they tell me only the german support can help me :(
And I should call the Asia support that is already assigned with my issue.
Call the Asia support but it's closing time too :(
