Thanks for the updates. We really appreciate your efforts to troubleshoot the issues.
I’d like to make a brief introduction of the installing process. We download a file (Setup.X86.en-us_O365ProPlusRetail, Size: 935 KB), then the computer uses this file to download the Office applications related files from Office 365 cloud, and then uses these files to deploy the Office applications to the computer.
I have read the all the posts carefully, we can make a brief summary as below:
a. The Office 2010 was installed before and it seemed that the Office 2010 was not uninstalled completely.
b. You tried installing the Office 2013 (Click-to-run version) and you tried uninstalling it.
In addition, I notice the installing process seems to stop at 87%. Based on my experience, some users may experience this due to some unexpected factors. And normally after waiting for some more time, which the time differs in different computers. So I recommend you waiting for more time to check if it can be installed the next time.
In this situation, it seems the issue is caused by the remaining files of the Office 2010 and Office 2013 files. So I recommend follow the steps below to remove all the related files and reinstall the Office 2013.
1. Review the System requirements for Office 2013 and Office 365 Pro Plus
2. Deactivate all the installation online

3. Remove Office 2010 by following the steps in the article below:

Note: If the Fix it tool doesn’t work, please follow the “Remove Office 2010 manually” wizard to remove Office 2010.
4. Uninstall Office 2013 by following the steps in the article below:
How to uninstall Office 2013 or Office 365
Note: If the Fix it tool doesn’t work, please follow the “Remove Office 2010 manually” wizard to remove Office 2010.
5. Please reinstall the 32-bit version Office 2013 with proper language by following the article: Install Office on your PC or Mac with Office 365 for business
