Office 365 licensing

Hi Guys,

  Hope you could help with this licensing issue. We have been experiencing the trial of office 365 for a while and it is getting to the end of the trial period and we are about to convert trial to working version.

  We have had active TechNet professional subscription as well as MSDN ultimate subscription, is there anyway to take advantage of the 1-year office 365 developer subscription by converting our existing E3 trial plan to it without affecting existing data?
