Hi Gabriel,

I'd like to confirm if you run "new-MoveRequest" in Exchange Management Shell or Remote PowerShell after connecting to the Exchange Online. If you run this command in the Exchange Management Shell, it is an expected behavior. Please re-run this command referring to the following steps:
1. Connect the PowerShell to the Exchange Online.
2. $cred = get-credential
3. New-MoveRequest -Identity user@domain.com -Remote -RemoteHostName cas1.domain.com -TargetDeliveryDomain domain.mail.onmicrosoft.com -RemoteCredential $cred -BadItemLimit 20 LargeItemLimit 20 -AcceptLargeDataLoss

If you run it in the remote PowerShell after connecting to the Exchange Online, please try moving an on-premises mailbox to Exchange Online using Office 365 Exchange Admin Center (EAC), and then check to see if the same issue will occur. It is recommended that you use the EAC in the cloud to get the best and most reliable administration experience for your mailbox moves.

Moreover, if the issue persists, please run "New-MoveRequest -Identity user@domain.com -Remote -RemoteHostName cas1.domain.com -TargetDeliveryDomain domain.mail.onmicrosoft.com -RemoteCredential $cred -verbose", and then give me the detailed result of "Get-MoveRequest" via Private Message.

Here are the steps to access the Private Message:
1. Please go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.

Thanks,
Edward Qu
