I haven't restarted because the I get a warning that it will cancel the install. I've checked the "troubleshooting guide" and there's no answer for this screen just sitting forever. Is it normal for this to take 1.5 hours or more? It's been just "waiting" the entire time. I tried disabling the Anti-Virus realtime scan in case that was slowing things down. No help there. Any ideas?
