Thanks for your response.

1. No, the maximum size per site collection is 1 TB, and we can order more storage for the whole SharePoint not a specific site collection. In other words, if the capacity of a site collection has reached 1 TB, we cannot assign more storage to it, and then we need to create a new site collection for the rest storage.
2. Since we haven’t got any information about it, I cannot provide a positive answer for you.
3. Thanks for the feedback, and I think our relevant team will improve it in the future.
