RE: Upgrading from E1 to Pro Plus

It’s not feasible to directly upgrade from E1 to Pro Plus plan at this moment. Thanks for your understanding.

You can purchase Pro Plus licenses from the portal with the steps below:

1. Access Office 365 portal with an admin account.
2. Go to the Office 365 admin center.
3. Navigate to PURCHASE SERVICES.
4. In the plan list, find Office 365 ProPlus and click Add on the right.

After the Pro Plus subscription appear in the subscription list in the portal, go to the user list to replace the users’ licenses. Then you can contact support or post back to cancel the E1 subscription if you don’t need the online services anymore.
