Yes, I can use the application normally. It is the Home edition. Also, the only way I can reproduce it is if I uninstall the application and do another install. And then, as it's installing, clicking the button that offers a tour of the product. I just thought Microsoft would want to know there was an issue. It's not a show stopper but it was disappointing.
