Hello, I am doing a business case for a client, looking at On Premises vs SherWeb vs Office 365. Can you help me with the following, please? Is there an email address I could have sent these questions to, or is this right forum?
Confirming the prices on your website are US or Canadian dollars? (For example here: https://products.office.com/en-ca/business/office-365-business
This client is nervous about security. Is SSL an add-on for Hosted Exchange (we are looking at the Business plan). If so, what additional cost?
If they want SSL for their SharePoint instance, what is the additional cost?
Can you please provide 2 or 3 references for this client to talk to? This is a 40-person organization in the marina management industry in BC.
With Office 365 Business, will client Blackberry’s still work as normal? What if some devices are older than OS10?
With their current on-prem set-up their exchange uses a quarantine list to prevent access by unknown devices (see this article). Will they still have that capability with your service?
