Can you confirm if the error message says “Something went wrong Error code 30102-11”?
If so, please try the following steps to check if that helps to resolve the issue:
1. To troubleshoot the network you connected, can you try it with a different network environment to see if the issue persists?
2. Did you set up the proxy on your computer?
3. Temporarily turn off the firewall and then install Office again to see if it works. After that, please turn on the firewall again.
4. Restart the Computer in Clean boot, and then try to install the Office.
