We are a very small business with 2 owners but plan to expand by hiring 4-6 sales employees over the next few months. We have about 6 domain names we manage for communicating with clients through email and we do use some shared aliases. Our biggest concern is to make sure we can share documents with clients and communicate with them on Skype for Business. Is there any reason why we shouldn't make this downgrade? Will this downgrade take away any Skype for Business features we currently have at the enterprise level? We would love it if we had a telephone number and could make PSTN calls online. Any chance of this happening in the future? If so, would we need to have the enterprise level?
