Thank you for following up and sorry for the delayed response, have been quite busy lately. We have a few more questions regarding switching our monthly plan to an annual plan. The work around above does not seem straightforward and clear. Is there a better way to achieve it? And can you guarantee that no user data will be lost during the switch over? This is our live system now and we cannot afford to lose any email, calendar, message etc. Will there be any service interruption occur, and will any extra charge incur during the switch over process? After we switch over to an annual plan, do we pay the bill once a year or can we pay once a quarter? We have 40 licenses now. So do we have to pay the total $6000 once a year, or can we pay $1500 once a quarter? It's very important for us to get answers for all these questions. Thanks a lot for your time.
