Hi, we have finally finished our upgrade to O365 and now I need help with a few changes that I mentioned several months ago when we were in the beginning of the project.
1. I still see "Lync Online Plan 2" under the "Billing - Licenses" page, we have upgraded to "Office 365 Business Premium" now so we don't need that standalone Lync plan anymore. Can you please remove it from our profile? I don't want to keep getting its expiration message every once in a while.
2. After we finished our upgrade project, we found that we ended up with three extra licenses that we no longer need due to personnel changes. I just changed the license quantity in the admin page and discontinue those three (3) extra licenses. Please help make sure they will be gone from our next bill.
3. We are currently on a month-to-month plan and I was told that once we complete our upgrade project we can convert to an annual plan which should change the per license per month cost from $15 to $12.5. Please help us do that.
