Hello,
I currently have 36 users with Exchange Online (Plan 1) licenses. I'd like to upgrade 4 of these users to Office 365 Business Premium licenses.
I can see in the licensing section of the portal that I can upgrade the entire organization (all 36 licenses) to Office 365 Business Premium but I'm unsure of a way to just upgrade individual users.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
I see that under Purchase Services I can add additional single licenses. Could I add 4 Office 365 Business to the organization and then apply them to specific user accounts essentially combining them to get the same services equal to a single O365 Business Premium? Can I have user accounts with multiple licenses/services assigned to them?
