How to switch Activated MS office 2013 pro plus to MS office 2013 pro plus 365.

Hello,

I have over 1000 users running MS office 2013 pro plus (Activated using Volume Key)

I do want to switch them to Office 365 subscription,

How can I do that without uninstalling and re-installing the new one.
