Upgrade to Office 365 Questions

We have received the email 3 days ago about the upcoming upgrade and with available options to try it now for selected users.  See attachment.

I've selected my test account with global admin. I'm assuming that I'll get a new look if I login using that user but it didn't.

My questions are:

1. Would this user get the new Office 365 new look and feel?

2. If we've custom main page, would we still get the new look?

3. If we postpone the upgrade, will it be upgraded automatically after certain # of months?
