I wouldn't say partly resolved, different in different sites. Yes, clicking on a file in "Engineering" causes it to open in the 2010 client, clicking on a file in "Public" causes a problem.
I haven't tried any of our other sites yet.
All of our sites, including "Public" are team sites. It is public only internally to our organisation.
I cleared the cache and cookies yesterday while fault finding another problem. It made no difference to this problem.
I just tried Google Chrome. "Engineering" functions the same. "Public" does nothing. Click on a file and nothing happens. No error. No attempt to open it. Nothing. So... not the same result. A slightly different, incorrect, result.
