Dear all,
I have postponed my Sharepoint Online upgrade earlier this year as I was working on an important case and didn't want to risk having changes on my Sharepoint. During the postpone dialog, I was told that the upgrade would happen at the end of July 2013, meaning now. I however was not told about any specific date.
Well right now I badly need the upgrade as my "search this site" function has stopped working and despite a service request it's not getting better. I've been told that the search function changed completely in the 2013 Sharepoint which would explain why the search doesn't work on the 2010 Sharepoint.
Is there any way to launch the upgrade or at least to have a specific date of when that will happen?
