Hi.
We are upgrading over 200 mailboxes that are on litigation hold, and are concerned about making sure that the hold is not in any danger when we do this upgrade.
Currently the mailboxes are on:
Office 365 Plan A2 with Exchange Online (Plan 2)
We are migrating to:
Office 365 A3 (including Plan 2)
Our concern is that during the migration the litigation hold may be released at some point, and mail that should be maintained would be deleted during or after the migration.
Can you confirm that the legal hold will be maintained during the migration? Also, is there any special process we need to follow to make certain the hold is during and after the move?
