Re: How do I import multiple categories for each contact - without numerous contact duplicates?

Bruce:

1.  We are attempting to import brand new contacts into a public folder for all of our Staff on 365 enterprise.

2.  I need to figure out how to get a screenshot of my computer, but essentially I have fifty colums of data, each a yes/no data type, that represents a category I would like to create for a contact.

3.  Yes, I have everything I need from the old access 2003 database in one .cvs file ready to import to outlook 2013.

4.  We would try and migrate our database into a BCM but we understand BCM is not an add in for 365 E.

Problem 1.:  I can only assign one colum of data to the category field when I use the import wizard.  Can you show me what that category field should look like in .cvs to import multiple categories for each contact? Can I see the screenshot of the .cvs file with multiple categories (although I just realized I could make a test contact with 50 categories, and see how it exports to a .cvs file...)

Problem 2.  Is there any way to set up categories for each of our 365 E users centrally?

Thanks for your help!
