For further troubleshooting, could you provide us with the screenshot of the “Waiting to Upgrade” page? In addition, you can provide your Office 365 tenant domain information so we will help check to see if your Office 365 tenant has been scheduled in the service upgrade tasks.
To protect your privacy, I have sent you private message asking for the information. You can provide responses via the steps below:
1. Go to the Your details section on the right side of the community site.
2. Click Private Messages.
3. Click the subject title of the response to read the message.
4. You can reply by using the form on this display.
5. Click Submit Reply.
