We have checked your Office 365 tenant account and the result has been sent to you through Private Message. In regard to the service upgrade problem, since the upgrade need to be performed by the back-end, it is out of my scope that I can do for you. I’d just like to clarify that the back-end will schedule the upgrade for customers sequentially, once your service upgrade has been scheduled, you will receive an email from Microsoft.
