Thanks for your quick response - will be glad to post the resolution when it is available. I looked at the billing and subscription Team page that you linked to, however I am unable to create a ticket because the steps involve me accessing my Office 365 Admin page - which I no longer have access to - the admin page has been completely replaced with this:


switching plans: status
While your plan is being switched, admins can’t use the Office 365 portal, but users can still access their services.

I noticed there is a phone support option - which I may have to use unless you can suggest an alternative way of submitting a ticket.  Unfortunately - it may be a day or so before I'm able to give support a call due to other commitments.  Was really hoping to be able to submit a ticket.
