My company has a dozen + email accounts. I have switched 2 of the emails to Office 365 so that I can have my emails synced on different devices, OWA/laptop/mobile. The emails are successfully synced on OWA and the mobile. However I have being unable to sync with Outlook 2013 on my laptop. I deleted my original account which was routed through my original email provider and when I tried to add the account back using Office 365 username and password I keep getting a response that the server is not accessible and when I manually enter Mail Server as outlook.office365 I get similar reponse.
