Mailboxes migrated but can't get into Administration screens

Hello,

We have a handful of mailboxes that got migrated from Live@edu and they appear to be working fine.  I attempted to follow the instructions found in the forum for accessing the Administration pages so I can manage the mailboxes in our organization.  

The instructions are To get started, sign in at https://portal.microsoftonline.com/, and then click Admin.

When go to this URL and log in, I get taken directly to OWA.  How do I access Admin?
