Different version comparison

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if it isn't then I would like advice on where it should be posted.

I am looking at installing Office 365 for my company of approximately 200 people. I'm not sure what the difference is between Office 365 E3 and Office 365 for Small Business other than price. Is there a web page that compares the 2 different versions?
