I am thinking about converting my company to Office 365 but would like to understand it a bit better first.
Can someone please answer the following questions:
- How do I manage space?
- If a user is no longer with my company what happens to the mailbox and data?
- What does additional space cost?
- What does additional Exchange space cost?
- How are group email addresses handled are they considered additional users?
- With Office 365 I can install Office on 5 different machines, is that also true for E3 and Small Business?
- If I can install Office 365 on multiple machines can Outlook be pointed to a different server than the company's 365 Exchange server?
