Based on the result of "Get-FederationInformation domain.com –Verbose", the Autodiscover record cannot be resolved. Please see the picture below.

You mentioned "... Autodiscover (all green)". Can you provide us with the detailed information about the Autodiscover test via Private Message. Note: Expand all the items in the result. If possible, please do tests both from the Intranet and Extranet.

Moreover, do you set up an http proxy server in Internet Explorer? If yes, you need to run "netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie" first
