I'm writing to ask for this question: could users access to Outlook Web App once their mailbox was migrated with Staged Migration ? They tried accessing to https://login.microsoftonline.com but, of course, they cannot access to OWA, OneDrive, etc...because they don't have license assigned.
Following this technical document Perform a staged migration of email to Office 365, license assignment should be latest task ("Complete post migration tasks") so what about ?
