To better help you with this requirement, could you let us know which issues have been caused by the personal account and business account? Generally, the Microsoft personal account wouldn’t impact the Office business accounts’ normal usage.
In addition, regarding you’re using the same email address as the user names, could you give us an example of the two accounts and user names so we can check it further?
