Customer Service failures at every level, even the supervisors don't call back!

I'm pretty much fed up with Office 365 support, I've had  a couple of tickets open, one for over 4 weeks and at almost every call with either a technical person or their supervisors they do not meet the timescales they set for me.

I've been told I'll receive a call back within 24 or 48 hours but nothing happens, their support staff and their supervisors have been very rude on the phones and I've pretty much experienced the level of support I'd expect to receive from a company that doesn't give a damn about it's customers and just wants it's monthly cash.

I've requested the official complaints procedure from the supervisors I've spoken to but they appear to refuse to give them to me. Does anyone have either a contact phone number or email address of a trustworthy customer support representative in the Microsoft organisation who would be willing to take ownership of such a complaint?

Even if it doesn't help resolve my ticket I feel the need to make a complaint to someone about the poor quality of service and the their inability to even make a courteous phone call or email to apologize for not being able to call me within the timescales Microsoft representatives set for me.


If I don't hear something back I'll detail the calls and emails made to support, their proposed call backs or emails so that this pitiful support desks failing can be highlighted to the wider community.
