For how to use script to import the smtp addresses,I suggest you contact PowerShell support for assistance. You can post a thread in the PowerShell forum via http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverpowershell/threads
For the limit of the smtp addresses, as I know, there is no specific limit to the number of the proxy address.
