Hi All,
We're in the middle of an Office 365 migration. The current hybrid setup seems to work fine for the most part and SSO and FS and Federation Trust are all working ok. We have one Exchange 2010 SP3 Hybrid and another Exchange 2003 Legacy Server.
Now when I try to start a remote move request from EMC to move a user to the Cloud, it runs the command without any errors and it says completed, but nothing happens. User account stays on-premise and nothing shows up in the 'Move Request'. It just doesn't do anything. Here is the response I get:

It doesn't matter if the mailbox is on Exchange 2003 or Exchange 2013, it just doesn't work. I'm not sure if the Hybrid system is 100% functional as there are some free/busy problems between the Cloud and On-Prem servers.
Any help would be appreciated.
