Google Apps and Office 365 dual delivery - SMTP not working

Hi,

Currently we are using Google Apps and we have successfully managed to create Simple Domain Sharing for Email

Office 365 for professionals and small businesses: Simple Domain Sharing for Email

Created the email address on Office 365 from which we are able to send emails from, and on google apps we have the mailbox that is forwarding the to O365 mail box e.g.

email1@doamin.com (O365) - Able to send emails to other domains

email1@domain.com(GApps) - receiving emails and they are being forwarded to Office 365  email1@doamin.com.

But we are unable to setup o365 mail box on any other mail client and unable to send emails from SMPT email software

Please advise how to fix this issue
